Long awaited update
Sorry all, I kind of forgot to write something here. Most likely due to the fairly boring nature of my life at the moment.
Yesterday I went to the city (yet again!) and stopped by B&H. There after about 0.68 seconds of thinking I decided to say good bye to $350 (-$25 mail-in rebate) and get a wonderful peice of equipment made by Nikon. I’ll let you guess what it is, but to be fair, I’ll give you some clues.
- It is kind of smallish
- It is kind of lightish (without batteries)
- Uses 4 AA batteries, but I can add a 5th one to make it work faster
- It makes light
You probably now already know what it is, so I’ll show you a picture of it (I didn’t take it):
This little puppy can make you go blind. (I am serious about this! If you get too close it will damage your eyesight.)
In other news, U.S. troops from Afghanistan invade Iraq, and the U.S. troop stationed in Iraq mistake the invasion force as Osama bin Laden’s Jihad army. News from home, a cow in Iowa gave birth to a half horse, half geese. China’s petroleum embargo of U.S. takes effect after Fidel Castro pressures Jeac Chirac, whose unexpected visit of the Kremlin stirs passionate debates in Russia’s archistic circles.
Oh, did I mention I decided to borrow all the ST:DS9 DVDs from the Levittown public library? Yeah, they have them all. Just like all the TNG DVDs, and all the TOS, and VOY DVDs. I will have a lot to watch. Yay!
